This meeting was a follow up to an operation on my spine. Mr Kareem was very concerned when I said I had pins and needles in my arms. He throughly examined me and arranged a scan. A wonderful, self effacing neurosurgeon. We are lucky to have him.

Yesterday(08-05-2019) was my second clinic with Mr Kareem as a patient. My first visit to him was excellent in as much that he spent a good deal of time explaining to me the problems and options I had with the bleed on my head. It appears that his diagnosis and actions were spot on, as my second visit with him (after he had sent me for an Exploratory MRI)confirmed that the bleed area had shrunk quite considerably, and that he now considered me well enough to be discharged. I am now pain free in my head, but when Mr Kareem discharged me, he did reassure me that if I needed to return, I could.

I had been suffering from sciatica for a number of years,i was refereed to Dr Kareem after our consultation i was given some options on how to treat the sciatica,i decided to have keyhole surgery. The surgery went as expected Dr Kareem and my self was really pleased as immediately i was able to feel my toes move. Unfortunately an infection had appeared near and around the operation area,i was immediately called in to hospital by Dr Kareem team and various tests where done to find out more,Dr Kareem was at hand and helped explain everything. I've had quite a few MRI's and a ct scan to find out more regarding the infection. I yesterday went to get my results and am very pleased to say the infection has now gone. Like my self Dr Kareem was very pleased ! I would like to take this opportunity to truly thank Dr Kareem and staff for all their hard work and effort to help me all the way. Thank You.

Following a fall I had severe pain under my shoulder blades. The ER doctor was at the point of giving me some pain medicine and sending me home. However as a precaution they did an MRI and sent it ti Mr Haider Karim, who immediately noticed a fractured vertebrae and arranged an emergency operation for the following day. Mr. Karim carried out the operation and immediately after the operation my pain had disappeared. I had some numbness in my arm but other than that I had full mobility. I was discharged 3 days later and have since had a full recovery with NO numbness anymore. I believe that Mr Karim's experience and knowledge saved me from potential paralysis. I can't thank Mr Karim enough for his prompt actions and expert diagnosis and operation.
